How do I obtain a Medical Marijuana card?

Step 1. Make an appointment with the physician. The physician will determine eligibility & will initiate the patient certification via the online portal. Step 2. The patient will receive an email from the state on their new account & the patient will complete the required fields. Upload valid ID: SD drivers license, passport, Tribal ID, or South Dakota Student ID Upload photo of the patient into the application If applicant is a designated caregiver, complete this part of the application Verify that all information is correct Pay application fee Step 3. Once completed and application submitted, patients may access their information and status on the Dashboard. Patient can keep updated on the status of their card through the dashboard.

Where can I consume Marijuana products in South Dakota?

The consumption of cannabis and cannabis products is intended for private and personal use. Public consumption is illegal in the state of South Dakota. Marijuana is still illegal on Federal lands and in National Parks.
How much can I purchase?

You may purchase and possess up to three ounces of flower (84 grams) or its equivalent in edibles (2400 mg) or concentrates (24 grams). You can mix and match any combination of flower, edibles or concentrates, up to your legal limit.
What forms of payment do you accept?

For now, we are cash only.
How old do I need to be to shop?

You must be 21 + years of age and present at valid form of ID to shop.
Can I take products back home with me if I live out of state?

No. The products that we sell are only legal in South Dakota and it is illegal to transport cannabis products across state lines.
Can I have marijuana in my vehicle?

Yes, you can, but it may not be opened or consumed in a motor vehicle. It is also illegal to drive under the influence of marijuana. It is also recommended to keep all marijuana products out of the reach of the driver or in the trunk.
